Tong is my friend from living in Patong. We visited his family’s house down in the southern tail of Thailand. Alot fo the guys down there brew kratom leaves, making the tea of southeast Asia. It’s a stimulant until it puts you to sleep. This painting depicts Tong washing the kratom leaves before he brews the tea.
