Real Beach Boys. I spent the final few months of 2024 sketching the faces of the guys who work on Patong beach. The energy and character of the locals is what breaths vibrancy into an already vivid landscape, and creates a place worth visiting. Sia and Phone work on Patong beach, selling jet ski rides to tourists and serving as unofficial lifeguards.
